Hello Micro-Star Team,

I’m excited to share some of my key projects that align closely with the innovative work your team is doing. Throughout my career, I’ve led initiatives in kitchen electrics, power tools, and large-scale brand-building projects, all of which required a deep understanding of consumer needs, product development, and market expansion.

These projects reflect my ability to launch and scale products, drive consumer adoption, and build brands that resonate in competitive markets. My experience has consistently focused on delivering value to customers while solving real-world challenges.

I believe my background in product innovation, strategic planning and sourcing, development, and cross-functional collaboration could bring meaningful contributions to your team’s mission to launch innovative gaming products.

Paderno

The brand started at $5M, and within seven years we built it to over $50M. In all categories we built a product launch road map through product research, customer research and built 2,500 pages of PRDs for the initial product launch.

I played a lead role in the launch the Paderno Blenders and 20 other appliances partnering with the best factories in the industry. The projects required extensive collaboration with cross functional teams and suppliers to ensure we delivered on time and on budget.

In recent years I was leading the cross functional team of designers and engineers and supporting the marketing, packaging development and quality team to grow the assortment.

Vida by Paderno

This brand was designed to be speed to market, leaning into white-labeling product as much as possible but still having a cohesive brand to tie them all together. Working factory direct, we built this brand from zero to nearly $50M in less than 5 years driven by an aggressive product launch road map.

AeroForce Leaf Blower

This project started out as a concept built with a pizza box in 5 minutes that led to a patent, an expanded program, millions in sales and a national marketing campaign two years in a row.
