Hello Pontosense Team,

Below are some of my key projects that relate to the work your team is doing. Over my career, I've led projects in kitchen electrics, power tools, and large-scale brand building, all of which came down to the same things: understanding what customers actually need, building products that work, and finding openings in the market.

What these projects show is that I can take a product from idea to launch and get people to buy and keep using it, in markets where there's no shortage of competition. In every role, my focus has been on making things customers find genuinely useful.

I'd bring hands-on experience in product development, planning, and working across teams, which I believe fits well with what you're doing in smart home products.

Paderno

The brand started at $5M, and within seven years we built it to over $50M. In all categories we built a product launch road map through product research, customer research and built 2,500 pages of PRDs for the initial product launch.

I played a lead role in the launch the Paderno Blenders and 20 other appliances partnering with the best factories in the industry.

In recent years I was leading the team of designers and engineers.

AeroForce Leaf Blower

This project started out as a concept built with a pizza box in 5 minutes that led to a patent, an expanded program, millions in sales and a national marketing campaign two years in a row.

KickStart Bike

This project presented a unique challenge because we had two distinct audiences: kids and parents. Through research, we developed an innovative bike that gave kids the confidence to learn to ride and provided parents with the tools to support them. Our solution to help kids ride led to a national ad campaign and sellouts across the country.
