Maximum Tools
To compete for professional tradespeople, one of Canadian Tire’s most valuable customer segments, the brand needed a full rebuild grounded in modern product strategy and brand design.
AeroForce Leaf Blower
From concept to launch, I led this entire project. The end result was one utility patent, one design registration, two national TV campaigns and over 60,000 units sold.
Paderno and Vida
I led the brand launches for both Paderno and Vida. Under my leadership, each brand grew to $50M in just five years. For both, we built a product roadmap focused to customer needs, whether for the avid home chef seeking high-quality equipment or the fashion-conscious home cook looking for an attractive kitchen addition.
Yardworks was an established but stagnant brand, long overdue for an update. This project marked the brand’s first major evolution, aimed at modernizing its identity.
