Strong vendor partnerships are the foundation of successful product launches. Whether collaborating directly with global suppliers, niche specialists, or third-party partners, I excel at identifying and building relationships with the right manufacturers. I find these vendors through trade shows, outreach, and my professional network.
Great design can only succeed if it meets customer cost expectations and arrives on time. Cost negotiation, careful project management, and close coordination with partners are central to my approach. From consistent follow-up to hands-on work on the factory floor, I ensure projects stay on spec, on schedule, and on budget.
Quality is non-negotiable. My philosophy is simple: the first shipment must be right. I take pride in final quality reviews, focusing on every detail, from specifications to materials, to avoid downstream issues. And when challenges arise, I bring together QA teams, vendors, and customers to quickly identify root causes and implement solutions.
